W. Ed Gettings, AMP
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Gettings previously held the position of CIBC Executive Vice President, Mortgages, Lending & Insurance. He served as overall executive leader for multiple business lines and oversaw long term strategic planning, annual plan execution and overall P&L responsibilities. By implementing the unique multi brand/channel residential mortgage lending strategy for FirstLine, President’s Choice Financial and CIBC brands, he helped create a strategy that successfully increased loan origination capability over 400% - resulting in growth to the #2 mortgage share position. In his current role as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Gettings is responsible for the total management of Street Capital Financial Corporation.

Mr. Gettings holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.


Paul Grewal, MBA, AMP
President

In his role as President, Mr. Paul Grewal is responsible for mortgage origination which includes establishing sales, marketing and lending business strategies for the organization. Mr. Grewal brings over 23 years of experience in the mortgage industry.

Paul’s previous positions have included President of FirstLine Mortgages, Head of President’s Choice Financial Mortgage Sales and Head of CIBC Origination Operations. Paul and his team established FirstLine Mortgages as the #1 broker lender in Canada.

Paul holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario. He is a past Chairman of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP). CAAMP is Canada's national mortgage industry association and the leading provider of value, service and advocacy for over 12,000 members and 1,500 companies. Paul is presently the Chair of the CAAMP Foundation - CAAMP's charitable division.


Lazaro M. DaRocha, CA, AMP
Chief Finance and Risk Officer

Mr. DaRocha brings over 17 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. Prior to joining Street Capital Financial, Lazaro held the position of Vice President, CIBC Mortgage and Lending, Product Management. In this role, he had overall strategic accountability, with full P&L ownership for CIBC Brand Mortgages and Lending portfolios. In his current position as Chief Finance and Risk Officer, Lazaro will be accountable for all finance and risk management functions, including financial planning and analysis, treasury, liquidity and interest rate risk management, credit and fraud risk management, accounting control, audit and compliance.

Mr. DaRocha holds a Chartered Accountant’s designation and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Toronto.


Alfonso Casciato, AMP
Vice President, Credit Operations

Mr. Casciato has over 17 years experience in the mortgage industry including 10 years with a major charted bank. Mr. Casciato was previously Vice President, Credit Operations for FirstLine Mortgages – the largest broker originated lender in Canada. His background is exclusive to management roles in mortgage operations over the past 17 years and he has had considerable success working with elite mortgage brokers. Mr. Casciato has been integral in developing optimum business efficiency and excellent customer service. In his current role as Vice President, Credit Operations, Alfonso will be accountable for managing the efficiency and effectiveness of the underwriting, due diligence, and funding process while building a premier team to support the market initiatives of Street Capital Financial.

Mr. Casciato holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
